12 hour trial not working

What profile are you using? You could try the bounty profiles or the rifts profiles.

I found one that works. But then the game went down for patch. Is it possible to have my trial period extended due to the downtime? I still cannot connect. Stupid that I have to have a live connection to play a single player game.
