Salvage % of item type
Rather than salvaging every item of specified type or selling it all, it would be quite useful if you could set a % of item type (rares, magic etc) to salvage and the remainder would be sold.

That way after a botting session you will gave a good mix of extra gold and salvaged crafting material.
