Request: Run timer/scheduler

Hey, I thought it would be good to have a run timer to avoid suspicious botting, where the program will only run from a certain time frame and in different blocks. eg from 11pm to 4am and then 6am to 12pm etc.

Been reading around and it seems that most botters get banned for running their bots too consistently, with this function it would reduce the chance of being flagged maybe? idk

D2 bots had a timer n I love this idea, would greatly decrease our detection!!
