BE said my Hardcore hero died

I was botting my Hardcore hero in T1. When I opened BE, this is what I saw: (see screenshot)

The "Deaths" column has a non-zero number, which means that my Hardcore hero died. My heart sank.

Yet when I clicked "Unoptimize & Show", my Hardcore hero is still alive and happily killing monsters.

Anyone know what happened? I'll post a screenshot of the relevant log in the next post (so the image attachments don't get mixed up).

And here's the logfile where it said my Hardcore hero died -> BE was unable to click retry button -> yet somehow my hero was able to port back to town, open the stash, then port back to battle.

Any devs wan't to offer their opinion on what might have happened?
