Bot crashing when talking with NPC or final Greater Rift

Bot lost connection or crash when tries to talk with any NPC.
How can I solve that?

remember to close blizzard launcher while using bot. that can also cause the game to crash

Yeah, I have the APP closed, thanks for ask.
The error occurs when the bot will recicle legendary or when tries to upgrade gem.
