Fail to talk to npc for quest

Running act 1, 5 bounties. "a stranger in need" bounty

Bot would open iron maiden, kill boss npc, but would fail to talk to quest npc. It will then tp out of the dungeon and travel all the way back to the npc only to fail to talk to it again.
