Free trial problem? Planning to buy

Hello,

I wanted to try the free trial before actually buying the bot. Everything seems to be working fine. I was running the A3 Long for a few minutes but the client would just close out of nowhere. Is this an issue because I'm using the free trial? If not, can I have some help? I'd like to make sure the bot is working properly for me before buying.
