Health globe pickup problem

What i noticed is that he picks up the globes when he is out of combat, lets say right after a kill, but when in combat and the health is running low, instead of picking them up, he just continues fighting until he dies. It does not matter if i set the pick up globes to 100% or any other value.
The other thing i noticed is, i have pick health potions set to no, and he still picks them up... |
