Help - New User - Runner Bot

So it does moves through the map, but just cannot attack?
three questions:
1. did you change the key mappings in game?
2. what skills did you use? is that the character didn't use any one of the skills at all
3. did it stick to the monsters but not attack or it just ignore the monsters and go away?
