Running bounties even when I have rift fragments

I set the profile for Rifts (A1 bounties when out of fragments). I had 500 fragments and left it to run. I came back and the bot was running bounties even though I had over 250 fragments left. Does this happen with anyone else? I set it to farm fragments in case I ran out, but I guess I don't need to?

this happen to me once, but i think it might have had to do with me starting bot while in game. hasn't happen since... try restarting bot i guess
