Dc with Graphics error

Since tooday i have error when bot working and game is hide . I play other game in this time - Worlds of Tanks. This problem show tooday . what is wrong?

I got to problem a few times when I try to run a graphics demanding game

for exmapile I was playing titanfall and ALL my toons crashed with the same error code I belive its the full screen but unsure
