Strafe + Other Skills

I can't get my DH to use other skills. If strafe is one of the skill slots, he won't use Rain of Vengeance, Chakram (Shruriken Cloud), or Vengeance. How do I get him to use them?

Also, is there a way to make the DH kite instead of stand on top of the monster?

if you change your key bind on the game then you gotta change it on the bot settings too

what? Key bindings were not changed. Skills were changed.
