It is dropped by Nekarat the Keywarden in Act IV: The Silver Spire Level 1. Is there a profile for just that? Or just the Keywardens in Adventure mode for key farming?

So to have this key you only need to farm The Silver Spire Level 1 but not the other areas in act IV? currently the act 4 bounty profile will farm all act 4 regions

Yes, the act 4 bounty profile run through multiple level which is good for leveling but not key farming.

Is there way after you collect say 100 of each warden keys to were you make the infernal keys to were bot can run all 4 realms , it would be nice to have
