"Failed to log in"

I keep getting a "FAILED TO LOG IN. Please drag/move the game windows (it'll help loggin in).

I have current version: 0.9.298

Please help

Did the game start? It should start and then the bot should fill in the username and password and click "login" in game, did the bot do that?

I can't get log in(Failed to log in. Please drag/move the game window.....)
so i did try that and double checked on account information box for my username, password and region sever, chose Diablo III.exe.
also tried two different computers so many times but keep giving me ERROR 3.

Seems like bot starts opening game and put username but without password.

I was searching and read about this kind of issue in botexpoit forum but there isn't much specific how to solve this problem.

can anyone help me out plz

Please make sure your username contains only characters and numbers
Please also uncheck letterbox in game display settings.
