More Bot Pickups:

Blacksmith Plans etc. Supposedly all plans when dropped are of unknown quality to a bot until picked up. Could you add

[TYPE] == "CraftingPlan" to the pickup list?

We can then edit the lootrules to
[QUALITY] == "Legendary" && [TYPE] == "CraftingPlan"
