All of the profiles included should work.

You have to put the character in the correct quest manually before running the profiles for the 1st time.
For example, if you're running 3-7-3 profiles, you have to put the character in Act 3, 7th quest, 3rd step.
If you're running adventure mode profiles, you have the put the character in adventure mode.
