Neph Rifts, how to remove "Leave game"?

Yep they all leave group 2-3 time before starting new one as they start gamble at different times plus please please please can we get something done for staying close to leader ;( none of us are even doing rifts till that's fixed as we can't do them 60+ where the XP is

Yes, and can you please add a check for the followers to go back into the portal when they are stuck in down. 50% of my rifts are ruined because the bots go into the portal and immediately come back out.

in other words...
Followers during Greater Rift botting sometimes get stuck in town, they need to not do that.
