New settings profile for Ubers?

Is there any current setting to use, or any way a new setting can be added to do Uber runs (i.e. using crafted portal devices to fight the Ubers and collect the pieces for Hellfire amulets)? There is a key farming setting to collect the keys to make the portal devices, but I don't see anything beyond that, and it's so tedious and time consuming doing Uber runs manually.
