Update 0.9.457 (Game 2.3)

cuz if you wear a uliana set witch is sss monk new set,
then, you don't need to use exploding palm manually.
cuz, in uliana 2 set option, if you hit 3 generator skill, then automatically touch a exploding palm.

I noticed one bug.
which is loot.

for example, I killed a Mob . He droped item and I'm surrounded by mobs. but ,my bags are full so bot keep trying to pick up items on ground then I murdered by mobs then leave a games without kill a mob.
