barb doesnt uses ancient spear enough

can you please adjust barb uses ancient spear a little more specific.
i set it to 4 secs, sometimes when there is alot of mobs or fighting boss, character just keep casting furious charges without using ancient spear to barb my ring and set the cooldown for WOTB

4 secs is the upper bound. That means it limits the casting of ancient spear to at most one time in 4 seconds. You can decrease it to 3 seconds or less.
Or do you want the ancient spear to be cast once every 2 seconds or so?

i even tried doing 1 sec, character just make furious charges top priority
