greater rift fail

i don't undestand why the bot don't want finish greater rift ?
he log out all the time.
no want upgrade gem and he don't finish keys 0, why ?

sorry but i'm french i can't say easy english.
the bot don't want work in greater rift, he launch the game kill some monsters and log out.
so finish the greater rift and no upgrade gem.
i'm bored
please help me.
