group config not working

group config not working
when i go to config my accounts it pops up with a message saying cannot locate leader_settings.xml and follower_settings.xml in the folder settings. please download the bot again and try again.

I redownloaded the bot 3 times and is still saying it. The files are in there its just not reconizing them
