legendary potion being dropped in bot party

In a party of 2 or more bots, the accounts that are set to give their legendary drops to another player also drop any legendary potion they are already holding, even if that potion is already 'account bound' to them.

Is this expected behavior or just a bug in what I'm running?

Can the bot add support so it can detect legendary items that are already bound to it and not drop it at all?

Detecting account bound items is more difficult.
We'll make it not drop legendary potions first.
