Demon Hunter issues on "defensive skillz" didnt cast

im running on T1,.. act1 5 Bounty...speed hack

and it doesnt use the "defensive" skillz...
Preparation -> Punished
Vengenace -> Seethe
Smooke Screen -> Healing Vapor
Shadow Power-> Gloom
First
Hungering Arrow
Secondary
Strafe
...
the Combat menu in Setting for Demon Hunter
Use Preparation when hatred is below 30
use Smoke Screen when heal below 50
use Shadow Power when heal below 80...

and it simply do nothing... "not push" the 3er or 4rth button when it does have disci, actually full of it and lower than 80/50%
average death per hour is 10.
