What is the actual name?
Battle tag? or just character name?
So here is example,
my follower battle tag is abcd#1234
my follower name on leader's friend list is [guild] abcdef
then, which one should I put a name on the follower setting?

so you have to input happyman into the settings of the first follower.
input hellowoman into the settings of the second follower.

You should put abcdef in the settings of that follower.
You can check the option "back to town less frequently" in settings > group

thx, but I do checked back to town less frequently in setting.
but still go back to town when rift level chang.
I might guess, leader is too far away from follower?

group grift settings still unstable, attached are the 9 hour logs for leader and the followers, please help

Observed Issues:
1. followers sometimes don't enter grift entrance portal
2. sometimes followers do not follow the next floor
3. sometimes followers and leader do not attack
4. sometimes followers leave game right after starting a grift and Stay in town
5. sometimes followers return to town mid grift and stay there
6. sometimes followers leave game and stay in menu

Also
1. Bot does not attack straight away after ressing meaning they just get killed instantly again
2. If the bot becomes RED and its gear is broken it will still ress at the corpse resulting in instant death over and over again
3. The bot loosing the leader and ending up just standing still doing nothing resulting in death death death or just AFK
4. We appreciate you updates we really do but we really need you to test them aswell, we are paying a subscription for the bot which isn't cheap when group botting it would be nice if it worked properly
Cant leave the bot more than 30 mins without checking it to reset it when grifting.
If we cant grift we cant get XP
Sorry titan just we need some fixes ASAP

I just bought 1 year right after the 9.463b update to do 4 man grifts, but still unstable... huhuhu
Summary of issues:
1. followers sometimes don't enter grift entrance portal
2. sometimes followers do not follow the next floor
3. sometimes followers and leader do not attack
4. sometimes followers leave game right after starting a grift and Stay in town
5. sometimes followers return to town mid grift and stay there
6. sometimes followers leave game and stay in menu

10. sometimes group splits up and all die, and become red and don't repair

We would put effort into better group farming in rifts and grifts.
