Hi ene,
we have tested with your setting, found that the problem with the loot range you selected. you entered "9999" was too large
what our default and recommended loot range is "200", actually it covers most area of the map, and it loots well.
can you adjust your setting and try again?

at the start was 200, then i think he miss so i put 9999. at now cant try, trail expired, and before buy i want wait for know when all other problem are fixxed
