max number is 10, what's happen if I change?
Second is
Waiting time for logging in x sec
default was 7200 sec.
what is that mean?

number of times to try logging in x
=> if login failed, it will retry for the number of times specified
Waiting time for logging in x sec
=> maximum waiting time for logging in, sometimes the server is busy and you need to queue

If there are server down for a several hours,
is bot try to relogging after server open?
I'm not sure, what's the specific set in relogger.
is that a system like try to relogging every 180s if d3 isn't running?
or just try several times then stop?
