the mansion has lots of doors, and the bot gets stuck at the doors 99% of the time, it becomes arrive at the mansion -> clear a room -> gets stuck at a door -> use town portal -> arrive at the mansion -> gets stuck -> portal -> mansion -> stuck -> portal -> leave game, thus failing the quest.

in profiles\act 5 bounty\the rebellious rabble.xml line 29, it reads <Params name="OpenDoor" value="false"/>, but it should be <Params name="OpenDoor" value="true"/>
this solved the problem for me
