I'm getting the same issue too...someone help?
Is this bot dead? I just bought it, and can't get the bot to work. I set up email and password and all when I start the bot to log in, it won't enter the pw or email at all. Same error the OP got.

you should make a check on the output log file and send it to botexploit service mail,
i have a good cause to belive they may solve it easily.
