Hello, I'm not sure if this question has ever been asked , i have searched but couldn't find the answer , so.. is it possible to have the bot run On the PTR? and if so how would i have to set it up to load that version of the game.

Currently the bot doesn't support ptr. It'll support 2.4 when 2.4 is released officially.
