Can anyone tell me why my Monk is not using SSS? I'm using this build --> http://www.diablofans.com/builds/78919-ulianas-exploding-palm-gr-solo
and my monk combat setup is as attached. Thanks.

You could try checking the option "Disable Exploding Palm"
