Can confirm the same issue with me. Even with the "Avoid Arcane" box check, they do not avoid it.

Same issue here.
Also, bot seems to never want to use Wall of Death, even though I set up the config identical to this: http://www.botexploit.com/en/forum/Thread-2-4-1-Witch-Doctor-Helltooth-Garg-84-Solo-GRIFTS
