no matter what i do when the 2nd bot joins it crashes almost instantly. does not matter what profile i use

That's weird. Do you use the same Diablo III.exe or you copy the "Diablo III" directory?

through a couple of hours of trial and error i got it working for the most part. yes i did try different directories.
the thing that ended up fixing it was turning off auto change skills.
might be something to do with skill changes this patch

I see. We'll look into the auto change skills part. Could be it changed since the update. Sorry about that.

no problem at all, i actually bought a 2nd copy of the game because of your update. and the second bot license i needed. great job
still a few bugs on my end you might want to know about
-cant do quests where there is a boss confirmation (the follower does not accept it)
-cant do bounties for that reason or most of the profiles
-the guys spend about half the time not close to each other, i have distance set to 5. would be nice if there was a setting to require them to stay within a certain distance of each other ( i play hc, safer)
the follower does not need to go to the town portal, there should be a way where you can get it to just teleport by clicking on the other player portrait
