wizard's frozen orb

my wizard stops using frozen orb after botting for a while.

my skill build is as follows:
Electrocute (forked lightning)
Arcane orb (frozen orb)
Magic weapon (deflection)
Familiar (sparkflint
Energy Armor (prismatic armor)
Diamond skin (crystal shell)

passives: prodigy, astral presence, blur, unstable anomaly

Our testing machine uses Frozen orb and it works without problems.
When the wizard stopped using Frozen orb, which skills was it using instead? or it simply doesn't attack?

It only uses electrocute and nothing else

That's a bit strange, if you restart the bot does the problem persist?

Yes, the problem persist. The problem doesn't usually occur right away. Maybe after 5+ hours of botting then my wizard stops using frozen orbs.
