"Maximum number of sessions reached.." may be appeared in following scenarios:

Case #1:
"Maximum number of sessions reached..." appear in login screen :

Cause: Your previous session has not been logged out.
Possible solution: inactive session will be cleared in 10mins, you may try login again after 10mins.

Cause: Your license(s) has be expired
Possible solution: login to botexploit.com and check your purchase history. Buy a new license if needed.

Case #2:
"Maximum number of sessions reached..." appear after login, when I click "Start" button :

Cause: Your computer clock and time zone setting may not be set appropriately.
Possible solution: Please check with your computer clock and timezone setting and try again.

Win 7 64bit, Russian language, but I but live in Germany, time zone UTC +01:00 Amsterdam, Belgrade, Berlin, Brussels, Kinshasa, Lagos, Madrid, Paris, Rome, Stockholm...

can you reduce the time? always when my internet connection dies (at least once a day) i have to wait 10 min to start again ... 2-3 min would be also ok or not?
best thing would be when for example i have 10 keys and i try to connect to 11 bots ... the first bot is kicked offline when i try to connect with the 11 bot

Hi,

as you are in Moscow, your computer should use GMT+4
for example: it is 15:59 (GMT time), your computer time should be 19:59(GMT+4)

if you are using Virtual machine(VM), please set both the windows of VM's timezone and your computer's time zone are GMT+4

now i am in the situation that your bot had a freeze and i had to restart... 10 minutes is really a bit greedy, 5 minutes would be better because in normal case the authentication problem is not user-side, it is bot-application or network side...
