Unable to open gate and door

i have a monk characters , whenever i run into rifts/stage, it failed to open gate / stone gate and sometimes it aims the monster behind the gate before opening it .

if it was a steel gate , my dashing strike could pass through and eventually got stuck because it still unable to open the gate.

if it was a stone gate , there is no way my dashing strike could by pass it and eventually the whole game stucked

trying to seek help here , if someone have the same experience on changing the settings ?

i tried changing settings - door open range but it is still not helping.

Did you fully install the game? (The game can be opened even it's not fully install, which may cause the problem)

What is your open doors distance, can you try to set it to 100?

You can also try redownload the bot first, then reinstall the game if it still doesn't work.

Yes , is a full install. Try all your methods but not working ...

i try to set it to 100 , ends up that it chased for door instead of monster.

End up trying others distance . Conclusion - 14 is the best distance , less failed attempt.
