How to fix failed to login error?

Hi when i'm try to login, the bot don't put the user nor password then close diablo windows and says "Failed to login. Please drag/move the game windows etc"
I tried do it but doesn't work

Hi did you ever found a fix to your issue? I have the same issue.

You can try to resize the game window to make it smaller, then start the bot again.

Tried resizing, still didn't work for me.
