Gem upgrading broken?

I havnt seen the bot successfully upgrade a gem ever since the priority list was introduced. Has this feature been tested properly?

Even when I set the bot to only upgrade gems (not keystones) it just
stands next to the guy at the end of rift. Sometimes the interface is opened,
but he never upgrades gems.

Can you please test again.. alternatively tell me what I could possibly be doing wrong?

working fine for me try a fresh install usualy helps
