Very nice update indeed.
Went from struggling with GR45 to
having the bot set personal record of GR49 in 10 minutes.

Im running as a DH btw.

If I could request some further settings/edits,
I would suggest these changes:
  • Keep distance to monsters
    • Take all nearby monsters into consideration (not only target monster)
    • Allow for movement not only backwards from the target (look for best position in a spiral out from the current location, calculating distance to closest monster from each coordinate, picking the best. (Spiral radius perhaps 100 yards with 5 yards increment per iteration)
  • Allow for setting priority of monsters, for example any monster (closest distance) or always elites.
  • Add ability to avoid frozen pulse
  • Add ability to avoid lightning area
  • Add ability to avoid poison
  • Add ability to avoid (any ground effect)

Thanks for the suggestions. I think they're valid and we'll add that to future release. We may not be able to add them all at once, we'll probably add one by one.

For future reference, posting this here also:

Any progress on adding monster priority?

Blindly focusing elites when they are around is inefficient for squishy classes.
Please add ability to prioritize closest enemy regardless of type.
Preferrably allow various prioritation settings.

Also the kite mode needs to take all nearby enemies into consideration.
Another feature that should be added is projectile dodging,
analyze all projectiles and move to coordinates where no projectiles will pass trough.

The bot is very good at its current state, dont get me wrong, but implementing the listed suggestions will make the bot able to outperform human play.
