Barbarian - Hammer of the Ancients
Need an option to only cast it above an amount of fury. It gains crit for every 5 fury you have, so casting it at low amounts is bad.

With full Hota gear it becomes a generator so you're never really below 100% fury at any times

It only becomes a generator if you're not hitting enough targets.
