Bot almost not using Secondary skill

Our bot priorities Blessed hammer over Justice. So it's a bit strange that it didn't use Blessed hammer, could it be the problem of other skills? Can you post a full skill list so that I can have a look?

For the 4 murderous cows, can switch on "Output file log" and send me the log files (in the "Log" folder")? we'll add them to the ignore list
