Bot almost not using Secondary skill

Looking at my Crusader go around, I've notice he's trying to attack his "Heaven's Fury" ray ( with Blessed Ground rune ). I think this should also be added to ignore list. I've attached a string of the log file which I believe is what you need.

P.S.: Since I have only 10 sec of cool down on Heaven's Fury and a Bardiche which summons 4 Murderous Cows ... My caracter get "stuck" trying to attack all of those quite often !
