Common issues & fixes - Maximum number of sessions reached...
"Maximum number of sessions reached.." may be appeared in following scenarios:
Case #1: "Maximum number of sessions reached..." appear in login screen : Cause: Your previous session has not been logged out. Possible solution: inactive session will be cleared in 10mins, you may try login again after 10mins. Cause: Your license(s) has be expired Possible solution: login to botexploit.com and check your purchase history. Buy a new license if needed. Case #2: "Maximum number of sessions reached..." appear after login, when I click "Start" button : Cause: Your computer clock and time zone setting may not be set appropriately. Possible solution: Please check with your computer clock and timezone setting and try again. |
