Movement during speedhack

I tried strafe with Hexing pant, it works terribly. Bot often strafe without moving, and DPS drop a lot. Not good.

When the bot teleport, it is considered moving at that split second. But the majority of the time the bot is not moving. I know this from my hexing pant + sheet reading.
