Thanks for the fast updates. However, for monks, what's needed is to spam mantra as primary spirit spender (to trigger swk set proc), not to merely keep it activated.

Edit:
This should be implemented like DH multishot: having a minimal spirit condition. So that if not using it, use can set it to max spirit; if using it with sweep wind, set to 76; if using it as sole spirit spender, set to 0. Whether it's currently activated or not is irrelevent.
