Sometimes the bot will restart over and over when the Battlenet Update Agent has failed to update. Try closing the game in the bot window, then shut down the battlenet app completely (rt-click>exit) and restart it. Restart the game in the bot window and see if that fixes it.

Act 1 Five Bounties not working. Tried on three different machines and two different battle.net accounts.
