It means avoid standing on dangerous areas, current it detect desecrator (like burning ground) and molten cores (the explosive core usually appears after killing elites).
If you enable this, the character will attempt to wait for the explosion of the core if it's standing on a molten core. It'll make less deaths but longer run.
