Did you put this new version of the bot in a new folder or just replace the old bot folder?
Please download the bot in a new folder and set it up again.

I can run the game through battle.net application

You can try moving the game directory from D: to C:

1 Remove the game from your computer
2 Reinstall
3 Before transfer, set in the Windows "Show hidden files and folders"
4 Copy the root directory of the game to another location
5 Before you delete a folder from the C drive, make sure that you will surely have copied everything (right click => Properties)
