Request Barb Ignore Pain activation

would it be possible to have Ignore Pain activates when off cooldown and/or on a set timer ?

In settings, if you set "use ignore pain when health % is below" to 100, it should use ignore pain once cooldown is finished.

It doesn't use Ignore Pain when off cooldown though, it will first use it when Barb gets hit and goes below 100% health

As kenny said, set "use ignore pain when health % is below" to 100 only makes the barb to use it once hit.

I need my barb to spam IP on the whole group with 100% uptime.
