class leveling efficiency

1- Are certain classes in the bot more effective... meaning are they programmed better at using skills to avoid death?

2- Is the bot designed to be inefficient to avoid blizzard? I watch and the character will walk back and forth in areas already cleared... there is a lot of down time where the quest should have already been completed?
